Louisville Works

Workforce development opportunities are provided for individuals in the community who have some of the most challenging personal circumstances.  About 45% of clients are from other countries.  Many are referred through programs such as Goodwill’s Power of Works and the Cabinet for Families and Children.  Wesley House is there when individuals are thrust into job training programs within as little as three months of arriving in Louisville. Our agency takes an individual approach to helping people learn how to navigate a foreign community, learn English as a second language and assimilate into society.  Louisville Works
